About Our Pure Energy mobile Performance program...
We teach all ages from 18months & up!
Pure Energy is Hamilton’s mobile dance
studio, dedicated to bringing the health and fitness benefits of high
energy dance to children in schools
and childcare centres. We currently teach hundreds of children at locations in Hamilton and the surrounding area.
Study
of dance gives students better control over their bodies, increased
flexibility, and strength. In addition, it trains children’s minds by
building listening and memorization skills, creativity and
concentration.
We
offer instruction in a range of popular dance styles including Hip Hop,
Cheer dance, Jazz, Contemporary and more....
We can also come in and teach a stretch class for those teams that need a good workout!
We can come to you!
Pure Energy will have one of our instructors come to your school or Child Care.
You can come to us!
If you have a group of students, we can arrange a time during the day for you to bring your group to our dance facility.
