The program teaches all the jazz styles and techniques. Some examples are chasse, chaine, jete and kick ball change.
Lyrical:
A modern dance form which fuses modern dance, Jazz, and Ballet. Lyrical dance is often referred to as contemporary dance. It requires excellent technique to perform, as the moves are often difficult and precise. Moreover, the dancer must be well aware of facial expressions, essentially acting, to properly perform a lyrical dance piece.
Acro:
In this class the focus is on floor and mat skills combining dance and gymnastics. Students will progress from basic to advanced techniques using controlled moves such as walkovers, handstands and chest rolls, students are taught how to connect skills to Jazz. Gymnastics passes, flexibility moves and contortionist moves are put together with dance steps and choreography.

Contemporary:
Covers a range of techniques and styles. Contemporary dance is characterized by its versatility. Movement is used as a creative form of expression.

Ballet:
The foundation for all dance forms. Improve strength, poise, balance, and control. Technical skill gained through the study of ballet is necessary for all other forms of dance. Dancers will study the discipline of ballet through the Royal Academy of Dancing (R.A.D.). Students considering competing in dance in the future should enroll in a ballet class.
Modern:
Encourages dancers to use their emotions and moods to design their own steps and routines. It is not unusual for modern dancers to invent new steps for their routines, instead of following a structured code of techniqu e, as in ballet.
Another characteristic of modern dance in opposition to ballet is the deliberate use of gravity. Whereas classical ballet dancers strive to be light and airy on their feet, modern dancers use their body weight to enhance movement. A modern dancer rejects the classical ballet stance of an upright, erect body, often opting instead for deliberate falls to the floor.Modern dance explores movement, space, rhythm and the dancer’s own creativity with emphasis on momentum, shapes and patterns. This form of dance is inspired by nature, music, art, and human emotions
